Information you send us. When you email us about a project, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, email address, company, and details about your project.

Technical information. This website has no user accounts, contact forms, analytics, or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic request data — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not set cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your preference is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

• Google Fonts serves one of the typefaces used on this site, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when it loads the font.
• Our email provider stores the messages you send us.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We may also disclose information where required by law.

If we handle personal data on behalf of a client as part of a project, that processing is governed by our agreement with the client, and the client remains responsible for how that data is collected.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or project, and afterwards only for as long as required for our business records and legal obligations. We then delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@nashvero.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
